Reading and sharing the daily verses today, I felt about the assurance we have from God.
“The one who did not spare His own Son, but offered Him as a sacrifice for all of us, surely will give us all things, along with His Son, won’t He?” (Rom 8:32).
Here the act of God, giving us His only Son, was used to build up our confidence and faith for trusting and expect from God.
I am sure we all have things we are asking for from God. I am also aware that some times God might not be willing to answer our prayers in a way we wanted.
The most important thing we learn from today’s verse is that God will surely look after us. He definitely cares for you!
Remember, we didn’t ask God for the sending of His Son, but He did it for us. There is nothing more precious or expensive for God to give us, for He has even managed to give us His only Son.
Now God is pleased to give us other things “along with his Son”. In case you haven’t, ask for the Son, you will get all other things according to His will.
God is with us and He is for us. We just have to keep loving and trusting God, no matter what.
For “we know that for those who love God, that is, for those who are called according to his purpose, all things are working together for good.”(vs. 28)
Prayers: Dear God, I thank you for the most precious Gift you have given us, your Son Jesus Christ. Thank you also for the love, mercy, forgiveness and hope of eternal life we have in Jesus.
Lord, now I ask you for this heart [reader] that loves and trusts you. Please, bless her/him according to your riches. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
